Review before production
Approve the separate print artwork before checkout. Product photographs are concept previews; the artwork proof shows the lettering sent for printing. We review paid orders before submitting them to Printful for production. If we cannot produce your design or deliver to your address, we will contact you about a correction or refund.
Price and delivery
Checkout currently supports United States delivery. Product and standard shipping prices are quoted in USD for one item and your delivery address. Applicable sales taxes appear at checkout. Use the same delivery address at checkout; changes require a new production review. Production and delivery times depend on the product and destination; an order is not a promise of delivery by a particular date.
Changes, cancellations and problems
Contact support@sunbytestyles.com with your order number promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We can review changes before production; changes may no longer be possible once printing begins. For damage, printing defects, or delivery problems, contact us with your order number and a description so we can arrange the appropriate resolution. Your applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Your design and delivery details
Previewing a word does not upload your saved-word library. Choosing “Get price and shipping” stores your approved word and design, generated print artwork, name, email address, optional phone number, shipping address, quote, and order status privately on Cloudflare. Printful receives the artwork and delivery details for pricing and fulfillment. Shopify receives your order and contact details and processes checkout and payment. Checkout started from the app opens in an external browser. Shopify retains customer profiles and identifiers and payment records; Sunbyte Styles LLC can access limited transaction and payment-method information, such as card brand and masked digits, for order administration, refunds, and support. The Wo Ai Reader app and our Cloudflare commerce service do not collect or store full payment-card numbers. Unconverted designs and quotes become eligible for deletion after 24 hours and are removed by an hourly cleanup, which can take up to approximately 25 hours. Checkout and paid-order records are retained while an order can still be paid, fulfilled, refunded, or supported. Deleting local learning data in the app does not delete these commerce records.
